The property is located on a plot of land with total surface area of 2.189 m² and currently comprises of a commercial building with 3 floors of retail areas and store rooms with total buildable area of 6.955 m².The group, following a successful planning application which was granted within 8 months, although we had the closures and restrictions of Covid-19, is currently developing a boutique, urban design hotel consisting of 110 rooms, 8 luxurious serviced apartments (4 penthouses and 4 lofts) with 1,500 sqm of commercial space on the ground and mezzanine floors, as well as, a panoramic rooftop lounge bar and swimming pool overlooking Limassol’s historic city centre. This project which commenced in March 2021 is expected to be completed within 36 months and has an estimated budget of Euro 15m.
